Is the quote request free?
Yes. Sending a quote request starts a conversation; it does not book transportation or collect payment.
Is $295 the total trip price?
No. It is the starting setup/coordinator fee, not the full transportation cost. Travel and service expenses are additional. Review your individual quote and payment instructions before confirming.
What if I do not know my dates or service yet?
You can leave those details open and choose “Not sure” in the quote form. Tell us any preferred window or concerns in your notes.
Can I request transportation for more than one pet?
Include each pet’s type, approximate size, and relevant needs in the notes. Your coordinator can review the options for the full group.
How do I change a request?
Call the relevant department with your name and route. Include your request reference if you have it, so the team can locate the original request.

What information should I gather?
Pickup and delivery locations, sender and receiver contact details, preferred timing, and each pet’s breed, approximate weight, age, and temperament. Share any special care needs with your coordinator.
What should I prepare for the handoff?
Confirm the meeting location and authorized sender and receiver. Ask your coordinator which carrier or crate, supplies, and documents are needed for your specific plan.
What about health documents or special care?
Tell your coordinator about any care requirements early. Confirm health and travel documentation with your veterinarian and the applicable carrier or destination before departure.
